General Questions

We\u2019re an advisory practice first. One advisor owns your file from consultation through arrival, across visas, study, careers, citizenship and travel \u2014 not a rotating booking desk.
Around 20 to 30 minutes. It\u2019s enough time to understand your goals, flag anything that could complicate your case, and outline realistic next steps.
Yes. While our office is in Lagos, we advise clients across West Africa and beyond, mostly by phone, email and video call.

Flights & Hotels

Yes, we can include travel insurance as part of your itinerary and explain what\u2019s covered before you commit.
Your advisor remains reachable during your trip for rebooking, cancellations or itinerary changes.
Yes. We regularly arrange group tours and manage ongoing corporate travel accounts, including negotiated rates for frequent travellers.

Visa Support

It depends on the country and visa type \u2014 anywhere from a few days for some tourist visas to several months for work visas. Your advisor gives you a realistic timeline at the first consultation.
No agency can honestly guarantee a government decision. What we guarantee is that your application is prepared correctly, checked twice, and submitted against current requirements.
We review the refusal reason with you, advise whether an appeal or fresh application makes sense, and adjust the strategy accordingly.
Yes. Family applications are common, and we coordinate dependents\u2019 documentation alongside the primary applicant\u2019s file.

Second Citizenship

Typically 5 to 16 months depending on the program, application volume and how quickly your documentation is ready.
Most programs allow you to include a spouse, dependent children, and in some cases parents, grandparents or siblings. Your advisor confirms exactly who qualifies for your chosen program.
Due diligence and processing fees are generally non-refundable. Investment funds are typically held until a decision is made \u2014 your advisor explains the exact terms of your chosen program before you commit.
Most Caribbean programs allow the entire process to be handled remotely, though some require a short in-country stay after approval to meet residency requirements.

Payments & Pricing

Your advisor confirms fees for your specific service during the consultation, based on case complexity. There are no hidden charges \u2014 everything is agreed before work begins.
For longer engagements such as study abroad or citizenship applications, staged payments tied to milestones are usually available.
Our advisory fee covers the work of preparing and submitting your case, carried out regardless of outcome. Refund terms are set out clearly in your engagement letter before you pay anything.
